Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to services provided by VWphotobus-SoCal LLC, doing business as Photobus-LA.

Inquiries and quotes

Submitting the contact form is an inquiry, not a booking. Dates are held only once a signed agreement and retainer are in place.

Setup requirements

The Photobus requires level, drivable ground access, adequate clearance, and standard power within reach of the setup area. We will confirm site details before your event.

Cancellations and weather

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in your event agreement. For outdoor events, a covered or alternate location may be required in severe weather.

Media use

We may use event photographs for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
